SOUTH KOREA 2015: HOW TO CELEBRATE THE FIRST BIRTHDAY IN KOREA

Wyne my friend and her husband invite us to their baby girl first birthday celebration located in (Masan) Changwon, South Korea.  It was held in Euro Square, Buffet Park 유로스퀘어 부페파크.

When we entered inside the room, where the celebration was held, the camera man approach us first to take picture with the family and the celebrant.

We wish you to grow up more beautiful, good person and God fearing.

In the Philippines the first birthday of the child is very important, same here in South Korea.  All family, relatives and friend get together to celebrate it.  In Korea usually they give gold ring to the celebrant as a gift, some are clothes or some are cash.  

The celebration will not be complete without doing the game which is the celebrant (one year old baby) will choose among this thing;  money, pencil, books, yarn etc. as a symbol of what he/she will become when they grow up.  If they will choose MONEY they'll become rich, if BOOKS and PENCIL they will become good in study, if YARN will live longer. and so on.

The food was good and the staff crew so friendly.  We enjoy everything plus we meet our friends that we've never seen for a long time.

We didn't be able to go back to Ulsan that night because Jeff and I so tired and also it's too late already, so we decided to sleep in a hotel there and decided to go to Tongyeong (통영)  the next day, because the place is near Changwon.  We've never been there, so we will explore that place and will post it to my blog after this. ^_*
