How to Take a Healthy Hot Spring Bath?
1.It is good to take a 10~15 minutes bath an hour after a meal and then to take a rest for about 30 minutes~ 1 hour.
2. It is not good to sit in the bath for too long or to take more than 4 baths a day.
3. Only use soap once a day, and do not rub the body excessively.
4. Because there is much copper, zinc, sodium, magnesium, and potassium in the water, it is good to wipe yourself off gently and then dry off with natural. air.
