Namsan (남산, "South Mountain") is a 494-meter peak in the heart of Gyeongju National Park just south of Gyeongju, South Korea. The mountain is within easy reach from the city and attracts a large number of national tourists. Namsan covers an area of about 8 km (north-south) by 12 km (east-west). Some 180 peaks are counted,of which Geumobong (468 m) and Gouibong (495 m) are the best-know. There are about 40 valleys. LOCATED IN: Naenam-myeon, Bae-dong, Tap-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do (경북 경주시 탑동, 배동, 내남면). Getting ready to hike the Namsan Mountain Took this photo in the middle of the mountain. Namsan Mountain is th Second mountain we hike so far. And we reached the top of the mountain we feel so good. Going down. After mountain we visit one of the famous park in Gyeongju but I forgot the name of this park. That's it for now. We're haggard but it's ok we're just having fun....
